Why Are All The "Free" PSN Games So Trash?

It happens most often within the first 30 seconds of starting a level. Also happens often when there are a lot of explosions going on at once.

Come to think of it the frame rate did fall out when alot of explosions happened and we did stop for like a wee bit...nothing too noticeable from what I can remember though.

because before the catch was that you didnt have to pay for online play, so to get people to pay than they had to have decent games for free, and really good discounts. seems simple to me.

These games are actually pretty damn fun. I loved playing shyt like Contra so this hits those itches. shyt like Grow Home and Apotheon grew on me and turned out to be nice experiences for free.
