Oh yeah. Christianity's origins begin in Ethiopia.
And in Africa there were tons of earth based religions and religions based on the sun, moon, and stars.
I'm talking about this euro centric white washed version of Christianity that refuses to acknowledge that the men and women of the bible were people of color thats designed to support white supremacy.
because white people have known religion is bullshyt and have left us in the dust.
none of this legitimizes religion in any form.

I think Talib Kweli said it best on the song respiration "Hard to be a spiritual being when shyt is shakin what you believe in" ...like its hard to have faith when your watching your people be literally oppressed and targeted ...and goodness forbid you live in the hood..seeing your people get shot and struggle day to day...coould cause any man to have their faith shaken...people always bring up the biblical story of Job about how God tried him over and over to test his faith...but eventaully it ended..I think black people need our struggle to end...I mean how long can a people be tested for before they start to question that the almighty really cares about them...brb gotta go pray

Thats Catholicism a branch of Christianity. I am not a catholic and catholic people pray to mary and bow to statues/pagans, it is not a godly religion, most Christians are not catholic and many denounce Catholicism. The pope himself was once a nazi.

I was a Christian by default through my youth. I went to church because I had to, read passages because I was told to. Then one day, some a$$hole atheist said God wasn't real to me. Being a Christian, I was going to prove this dude wrong so I read the bible, asked questions at my church and to the members. The more I studied the teachings, the more crazy it all seemed and the more crazy the followers seemed.
I hopped to other religions looking to find the way then landed on it's all bullshyt, none of us know anything more than the next man. We're all full of shyt. Then I declared myself atheist.
