You don’t see Indians “whitening” their names. They may say call me “Raj”, but Rajendra, Gupta and Patel will take up 366 characters in the email signature with no problem.

White people will stumble over those names with no issue. The problem isn’t “black names”, it’s white people’s racism and the bias they’ve created against us.
