Anger is an emotion commonly associated with the dimwitted and easy to fool. It goes along with the other racist white, black stereotypes.
White people are just as angry, they just are taught that they shouldn't express that, so they internalize all that anger and eventually find themselves planning on shooting up some daycare/planning their suicide.
We express our anger at times throughout the day as we should, get it out of our system and it's onto the next day. Much more healthy.

Its basically a trick the CACs invented in order to shame black people into remaining passive. CACs know that it requires anger in order to change your circumstance. Black people need to be more angry.

Nah, we get angry and we kill our own. Plus that leads to hypertension, which makes us die earlier in life.
