Everyone should be obsessed with politics. We have to pay taxes. Politicians control our tax dollars. We need to know where they are going, and what people in power are doing that can affect our lives.

If we cared more, instead of just hoping the government does the right thing, perhaps we could have something.

Informed and obsessed are 2 different things, I would never want to be as obsessed about it as cacs, being poor but pushing republicans who do nothing for poors makes no sense to me and I feel it has more to do about race for them

Unfortunately, many black men are focused on bullshyt instead of money, power, and resources. White people often and easily dupe black people into giving up our power, money, and resources for trinkets.
