I only had the internet performance with no issues. You check the cable to make sure it's tight on both ends from wall to modem? Might not be screwed in all the way.

You might actually need a new modem idkI have pretty much the most basic plan. (25 down/5 up) I'm not doing shyt but streaming the occasional shows(on the goat internet cable service VUE) and gaming. But these a$$hole throttle my shyt down to damn near 3mpbsIs there anyway I can overcome this?

Comcast basically has a monopoly in a lot of places so they know they can get away with treating their customers like shyt.

Yeah they are charging me 40 something, and a free hbo account. But they tried to get me early on. Overcharged me because the lady gassed me. I went off lol
