Why are DMV women so receptive?

I’d assume what makes the dmv clearly ahead of NY is half the bad bytches from NY are Dominican, and you can’t easily bag a Dominican unless you are embedded in with them (Bronx basically).

Then you got some Domincand who won’t fw nggas, or you got comp from Dominican dudes who will have easier access to them

It’s way easier to bag a black chick when y’all all look alike and be in the same areas. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong

Dmv chicks seem alot more cool when you visit from outta town. If you live there, you'll start start to notice how big headed alot of em are, and they'll have you on some ass kissing shyt. Dudes in the dmv, spend alot of money on the women. fukk the whole system up

In my experiences I never really got along with the women out there.

There's mad events, restaurants, bars, etc. out there so meeting and getting numbers wasn't so much a issue, it was more once things went beyond that. To me it seemed like if you weren't 1 of 3 types of nikkas (CBC bougie nikka, shea butter nikka, Charger driving govt job DC hotboy nikka) then chicks didn't really know what to do with you and would lose interest.

Also, dates felt more like job interviews. It felt like it was more about chicks wanting me to prove I was "worthy" vs. just getting to know each other.

Just to be clear, if nikkas is in DC eating then more power to you I'm just saying it wasn't for me and I'm sure DC doesn't miss my presence
