The though of being with one person for the rest of your life that most people choose in they early 20s is a joke.

I hate to say it but I think this is true. We're not living in the generation are grandparents came up in when a man & woman settled down with each other and a few yrs later have kids. Times have completely changed. See I figure being a 20 yr old in my parents/grandparents generation was totally different than it is now.

The average 20 yr old is only 2-3 yrs removed from us and is just trying to put their adult life together. If you find someone married at 20 9/10 it probably isn't for the right reasons.

Then again ppl get married for all the wrong reasons regardless of age.

marriage are gonna be contractual in the future like NBA team deals

5 years and potential extension lol

Marriage use to be basically a contract before this idea of "getting married for love" came into being.

But yeah...Marriage is gonna literally become a contract in the future. So will children too probably

why do younger people own less homes and mortgages? Is it because they prefer overpriced apartments and the sidewalks on a street?

why do younger people own less cars? Is it because they prefer a walking exercise to their 20-mile distant job?

The answer is the same.

Absolutely. Also great public transportation in a 24-hour city

Yup. Marriage is supposed to be about transfer of wealth (and regulation of sex, producing children etc)
