Didn't black ppl invent the concept of hockey?

Also there isn't any outrage when race car drivers fight in the pits and shyt..some even use their cars to run over motherfukkas :sas2: but we move on to the next segment in sports and talk about it for 3 to 4 days.

Because nobody cares about hockey or NHL :manny: :yeshrug:

NBA is arguably on NFL's level when it comes to media attention and exposure, so stuff in the NBA will get more talk.
Yeah okay :mjlol:

Baseball is Amerikkkas past time. We have multiple bench clearing brawls a year in baseball yet I never hear the thug word used :jbhmm:

You got to be trolling. NBA nikkaz not carrying sticks and on sharp skates. NBA nikkaz in shorts and wife beaters using their hands. Hockey players are traveling at high rates of speed slamming each other into glass. They fight at close range throwing haymakers until they get tired. When Chris Childs two pieced Kobe that wasn't that bad, when Shaq punched at Barkley it wasn't that bad. For some reason NBA players can't connect with a punch

I'm talking about shyt that's ALLOWED. Intentionally slicing a nikka with a skate or hitting him with your stick isn't allowed; as a matter a fact I remember a few news reports where some fukk-ass hockey players did that shyt and got major heat for it, just like any NBA player would get for fighting

A fair one is allowed in hockey in part because what you can do during a fistfight while wearing heavy gear and balancing on skates is limited; you can't get as much power behind punches or a kick while slip-sliding on ice. You can get a KO if you're LUCKY. So it's not as risky or as highlight-worthy as long as they keep within bounds of what the rules allow (including the fight being stopped once someone falls)

Now imagine if Childs vs. Kobe was allowed to go on without players/refs IMMEDIATELY stopping that shyt. Not the same thing.

I don't think so breh. I dapped and undapped your post . If John Stockton fought Larry Bird I don't think you would get "look at these thugs" from media

Nothing agreeing or disagreeing with what you're saying but bill laimbeer was seen as the biggest thug in the NBA at one point. Dude was fighting all the time.

His first 5 results on Google video are him fighting :russ:

Take away the fights and you might see more dirty attempts at injuring people. Hockey is a VERY damgerous sport if people start to think they can do whatever. Difference between hockey and football is that you can hit someone with a stick on the hands, in the face, etc. Sharp skate blades, there's so many ways to injure someone without the ref seeing. So many ways to end someone's season. The fighting is like a deterrent. There's a certain "code" about it.

Also, i don't know about the states but here in Montreal, the fighting vs not fighting debate pops up every year in the media.
