Men focus on pixels, women see the whole image.

We process differently and see literally different worlds as a mans nature is to go for dolo on his strength whereas the woman is about network building to have a team. Its also why mens friendships tend to be battle tested with day ones whereas women have a constantly rotating hot seat of their ace of the moment.

Both facets are present in both sexes but when it comes to certain roles certain folks are better at making the best happen... That and a female HR is less likely to meet harm from someone pissed at the shuffle.

Women and gay dudes gravitate to HR because it let's them know everybody's personal business. It's like being a professional gossip.

They know what you make, where you live, how many kids you have, which employees are fukkin, who has a weed card, who got arrested last weekend, they know if alimony/garnishments/ child support is coming from your check....and they get paid to sit around and talk about it.
