Why are job Applications so fukking gay!?!?!?!?!?!?!

fukking feel like killing myself doing these shyts. 40-50 minutes per application. just asking the same questions and filling out the same tedious fukking info. Do jobs purposefully make applications gay as fukk and long just to deter people? Spent 4 hours today just applying for jobs. WHAT THE fukk is the point of asking for my resume in an attachment just to make me type out all my experience again.

also lying on your application has been working like a charm for me. if you need a job in sales just lie and put sale jobs that you've "done" 9/10 they never call. and if they do give em 1 of your friends phone number.

It's to test your ability to do mindless, bureaucratic bullshyt.

lol I always remember this one question I had on a job application, it was something like "what would you do if a customer was upset about their discount and wanted more off" one of the answers was "tell them they should be happy they're getting anything at all"
