Why are landlords given free rein to cripple the economy by pricing workers out of important major cities ?

People are living short lives and trying to enjoy it as much as possible. And if that’s making 200k vs making 70k in a year, they gonna do that

If that’s better for them and their family, who exactly is the greater good they need to focus on? Is it better to have money for your kids to go to college or ensure some random worker can pay $1200 a month
but when outside becomes Gotham city shyt will be on everyone.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Sounds like a drug dealer that gets clapped up young.

Landlords and enablers of them need to be beheaded at the state.
Sounds like life homie.. I had two friends die before 40 of natural causes.. All these kids dropping dead..

Ain't nobody giving up their parents house for less than market value so Craig from Ruby Tuesday can own a house

Once again, the big, powerful, super rich RENTAL COMPANIES have directed you anger towards regular ass landlords. When in actuality, regular ass landlords just trying to make an extra 30k:

  • Landlords earn over $35,000 more than the median household each year.
  • They typically earn an average of $10,000 or more annually per rental property.
  • Almost 50% of landlords manage their own units,
  • Most landlords spend less than 40 hours per month managing their properties, including 20% who spend less than 4 hours.
  • Only 30% of landlords earn less than $90,000 a year.
  • Not all landlords handle repair costs.

Enabler of greed will get you and your ilk flatlined. For the good of all people, landlords prevent the local econonies from growing due to them taking everyone's disposable income.
