Why are most women terrible at conversation?

Because for many women life revolves around them. You're not a partner in conversation. You're an entertainer. Hence why women get "bored." Many women look at us as games, toys or programs. Products to be consumed and not engaged. Think about it; are you taught to have conversations with consumer products? No. Neither are women. I agree with OP. In that women are terrible communicators.

In the same breath, I'd extend that to men as well (though I don't often engage in conversation with men very often).

I dont think it says much about the person but moreso about how that person FEELS about you.

It's been covered already in this thread but if a woman likes you, she'll even talk about drill bits and alternative construction methods or at least listen to you talk about it.

Now, the topics she's interested in may not appeal to me whatsoever. Thats because I chose to engage her rather than someone more compatible.

People fall in love everyday based on how nice people are. That's definitely the deciding factor for me in all my relationships.
