but wtt has been out 2 years soon, i wasn't on forums back in 11 so I dunno how the initial reception was maybe you know. I think WTT>mchg too and it should be looked upon as the better album, maybe when more time passes, people are already getting kind of sick of mchg

While I like the album...WTT does have more stand outs..which I think this album is missing...and I don't think WTT is a classic at all..I didn't even like it when it came out...lol...

I personally think WTT is better than MCHG, I still play WTT pretty regularly. Jay really expanded his subject matter and lyrical range on that album and I give him kudos for doing so.

...I can't imagine a album with ALL jay being better than a album with half Kanye,unless u like Kanye...I prefer to not have to hear him mostly.

SO I just for the first time really sat down and listened to this album top to bottom in proper order...
I take back what i said...this is definitely better than WTT
Before this only times i listened to the album was on speakers at a BBQ and at 1 am on my computer speakers goin to sleep
This album is really good
The production is on point.
And with the headphones I was able to get some the metaphors that went over my head
