I remember back in the day I was able to get Nike dunks for under $75 if I was paying more for premium SB's nothing more than 100.

It's the fact that they're super hard to get now they're also just more expensive for just general release style colorways that annoys me.
I've given up on Nike's honestly and I've just been collecting skate shoes from the late 90s and early 2000s.

Cause at least those are easy to get.

The quality on 3's has improved since the 2016 True Blue's. The quality on 3's from 2007-2011 was questionable to horrible, especially the 2011 Black Cement 3's.

Cacs ruined sneaker culture. I remember the first time seeing suburban cacs hypebeast'd out like four years ago and I haven't stopped cringing since. Sneaker culture used to be much more humble. You think it's bad paying $200 for Dunks when they literally charging $1-2k+ for certain SB colorways. And now that cacs have gentrified Dunks and Jordan's like the 1's and 4's, nikkas only wana rock designer kicks that retail for a thou wow. Everybody thinks they a rapper now and spends money like one in this cringe ass flex era.

Maybe resell market has the price of dunks that high but I swear retail is like $110-$120
Sneaker game was infiltrated long time ago and what used to be a more niche subculture is now mainstream
