Swear some of you just be talking with no warrant. Rent is not 3000. A single male can rent an apartment for 1100 if they look around. If you want to live in the trendy areas (LIC, Bushwick, Bed Stuy, Williamsburgs, Parkchester, Downtown Brooklyn, Crown Heights) maybe but otherwise, set up shot in queens and call it a day
