shyt idk I was normal the majority of my life and played pop Warner football but I got fat af in like 2009 and lost it all by 2011, you just gotta put the work in, I gained some back but I’m working on it

People underestimate food addiction. Food has been made to be an experience. That and the quality of food is a factor too.
