I disagree believe its people and media constantly reminding them that they are fat 24/7
I think the media has a way to dig at anyone's insecurities if they look hard enough, but most fat/unhealthy people don't grow up understanding anything about healthy eating.

They eat how their family eats. If you grew up with a poor diet being normal in your household, you don't even register poor eating habits as being bad.

Yeah all true but the issue is so much more complex than that. So much of obesity is about genetics also not just what u eat. Not to mention alot of people have serious physical limitations also.

You seriously think people are ok with being overweight? Maybe occasionally but that is rare.
Ah man at two different points in my life I was north of 250 and both times it took hard reality checks before I did anything. Especially being a man who can talk to women, if you can still get women attention while fat/obese, whats to worry about? Obviously I wasn't considering my health etc.

Just how in shape people get into the groove of working out, I think it's easy for fat people to stay in the groove of being fat.

It's just tough to be disciplined and not eat all the delicious tasting food that's readily available to you at every corner. I've been on a diet for a month now and it's been very difficult to resist not eating all this food that is easily attainable and fattening yet delicious. Every day I think about saying fukk it and ordering some cheeseburgers and fries from Wendy's. But I resist the temptation. But not many people have that kind of discipline unfortunately.
Power through it breh :salute: to you

Fast food is crazy, I went at least 8 months eating fast food only about 5 times in that time period. Then all of a sudden I ate fast food about 3 times in a single week. That shyt addictive because of the convenience, it don't taste that bad, and cost; but try your best to stay away from that trash.

My rule is once a week, once you follow that it's easy to go to twice a week, once a month etc..

Also I was very lucky to have parents that cooked at home all the time. When you grow up eating fast food all the time cause your parents can't cook, you're basically fukked in my opinion. That's when it's very hard for you to lose weight.

Healthy home cooked meals make it very hard to become obese imo.

Keep up the good work G, all the best to you

I'ma fit dude myself but I don't understand the obsession with talking (or shaming) about overweight/obese individuals, does it make you feel better bruh?

This reminds me of those arrogant gym obsessed losers who sit in gym all day & for some reason even with their fitness subconsciously they're insecure about themselves so bringing up & talking about fat people makes them feel better :stopitslime:.

I don't stress myself about overweight/obese men or women yeah it's not good having a super big waist line etc but at the end of the day that's what makes the world unique.

Everybody can't be everybody.

Most do care but we dont have a healthy idea of beauty. So most give up when they dont archive the perfect body.

because its easy to be :flabbynsick:

Exactly. Most humans can’t even run one mile without passing out. That’s (for a flabby raisin sac of a human) 10-12 mins of their life yet they don’t even have the chops to run what is a relatively short distance
