It's just tough to be disciplined and not eat all the delicious tasting food that's readily available to you at every corner. I've been on a diet for a month now and it's been very difficult to resist not eating all this food that is easily attainable and fattening yet delicious. Every day I think about saying fukk it and ordering some cheeseburgers and fries from Wendy's. But I resist the temptation. But not many people have that kind of discipline unfortunately.
Fast food is crazy, I went at least 8 months eating fast food only about 5 times in that time period. Then all of a sudden I ate fast food about 3 times in a single week. That shyt addictive because of the convenience, it don't taste that bad, and cost; but try your best to stay away from that trash.
My rule is once a week, once you follow that it's easy to go to twice a week, once a month etc..
Also I was very lucky to have parents that cooked at home all the time. When you grow up eating fast food all the time cause your parents can't cook, you're basically fukked in my opinion. That's when it's very hard for you to lose weight.
Healthy home cooked meals make it very hard to become obese imo.
Keep up the good work G, all the best to you
