You said fukk all about Mexico. I mentioned Mexico specifically. But let’s discuss some of these other dumps in central and South America if you want. If the citizens of those countries find the conditions, created by and maintained by their own, so poor they yearn to live somewhere else, why would any other country want to allow that emigration unchecked and illegally? Also why would someone be proud of that country still if they couldn’t wait to flee?

My take, as somebody who hasnt been following the protests at all.

As was likely already pointed out in this thread, try to guestimate how many peiole are out there protesting, and then count how many flags you see. Less than 1% of the people out there are probably waving flags.


In any public protest, agitators and those with separate agendas show up, hiding among those who are protesting x,y,z.
Agitators set things in motion that alter the nature of the protests. Usually violence, property damage, and theft.

People with legitimate grievances that they were peacefully protesting sense what is happening, and leave.

People who are born-followers, do what is in their DNA to do, and follow along with violence and looting. And in this case, they copy what the agitators do and some pick up and bring national flags to wave.
