SmackDown! has the far better undercard and midcard. Raw has the larger upper midcard because they have 3 hours to fill and they also have the better women's division but those are really the only discrepancies. Not to mention Brock's not even gonna be there most of the year and he's Raw's top draw. Yeah I would have liked a new "Smackdown Six" but to be fair that was popping cuz of Paul E's booking

If they call up guys like Naka, Joe, Roode, Ibushi, and Aries to SD then it will be fine but yeah they got fleeced.

Both midcard suck but RAW at least has a strong upper midcard that can create good matches and feuds. Smackdown has barely enough people to run 3 compelling feuds and thats just not enough for a show long term. Smackdown needs like 2 or 3 more good wrestlers so they can fill up the gaps with entertaining matches. Right now they have just enough to get past Summerslam, after that there's not a lot of interesting combinations they can run.

Alpha is the premiere tag team on SD, they're gonna get high card treatment since they're essentially the counters to New Day & Enzo & Cass




You can't compare these guys

to these guys

Ziggler, Crews, Corbin, and Mojo

They're not in the same spots on the card. Ziggler, Crews, Corbin, and Mojo are comparable to where Sheamus, Titus, Neville, DY, Social Outcasts are and SD clearly wins out in that category. SD has the more dynamic roster that's gonna fill out the undercard of your PPV's and weekly shows, you think you're not gonna see some minutes of Big Show wrestling Golden Truth or The Dudleyz every week on Raw, or Social Outcasts vs. Shining Stars on Raw's PPV preshows?

I think the rosters look fine. Raw is slightly stronger in my opinion because of the main event talent but both have lots of garbage in the mid and low card.

They definitely didn't do the split like they did before (a work rate brand and a name value brand).

WWE doesn't book like that. They have 1 or 2 main programs then everyone else is a midcarder. So by the way the rosters are shaped right now Raw has a much better midcard. Your mid card tier list will be treated like jobbers and enhancement talents like always.

You're forgetting the rosters are shorter now so they're gonna give some people more TV time, especially for Raw since its 3 hours. The people you usually don't see on TV every week are gonna pop up more frequently

During the last split they started that way too then just went back to their old ways. You think because there's less people that everyone is gonna get a fair shot but you have the same people running the show who've been fukking up for years. I don't understand how the outcome will be any different than the past when they give up and join the rosters again but I'm not gonna stop watching so whatever.

Actually in the old brand split, pretty much everybody got TV time which eventually worked to its detriment since the roster was filled to the brink with people fans didn't give a fukk about. And I'm not saying overlooked guys are gonna get their break or they're gonna start pushing more deserving wrestlers, but its illogical to assume people aren't gonna start getting more TV time

Its fukked. Backwards. Been like that for years when they used to have DX bury the tag division in 06 and Cena and Blandy burying everyone. Lol.

Everyone got screen time in 99 and 2000 too and the fans were wild for even comedy tag teams like Too Cool. Booming was 100x better when they had a real draw on top.

It's not implied people are gonna get bigger pushes, just that others who are MIA on TV right now are gonna have more exposure. So instead of Zayn vs. Jericho in the first hour, that match will be replaced by something like DY vs. Sin Cara. And the hole left by something like a Styles/Cena segment in the second hour is gonna be replaced by Zayn vs. Jericho. You feel me? Who WWE wants to push is on them but they're gonna be forced to book matches for these guys...
