The men who blatantly beat women are monsters. Even if she's running off with the mouth, theres no cause to hit her.
Its only when someone else puts their hands on you, that I could see someone losing their composure and reacting to the hit. Walking away should be the first action. Not everyone has that self control though.

I think the better question here is why are these black women attacking men? The video you point to as an example she knocked what is probably a 500 dollar peice of electronic equipment out of a man's hands. Twice. She hit multiple men with shoes and was verbally abusive.
It's a wonder that only one of the men physically retaliated. Even the guy breaking it up got assaulted.
Why do you not acknowledge this behavior? Is this OK to you? Do you think a man is obligated to allow a woman to assault his body and dignity because she is a woman?
I think the laughter you see is because the pendulum has obviously swung too far on DV. It's to the point now where it's a caricature of real discourse. You hear buzz words like "real men dont" and "never hit a woman". Then you see these videos with large women literally throwing combinations like men and obnoxiously violent women attacking, you realize how absurd these phrases are and it's funny.
I think we need to dial the convo on DV back a notch. It's counterintuitive but probably more helpful in the long run.
