Secondly, if you don't know by now that people contradict themselves in ALMOST every aspect of their lives then I don't know what to tell you.

Men and Women have a laundry list of what they want in a partner and will literally trash that list if the person they want meets whatever the hell they like for the moment.

But to answer your question... You're focused on the qualities that you think make them a bad catch.
They are focused on the qualities that they think make them a good catch.

Its really that simple.

A woman doesn't have to be attracted to every aspect of a man to be attracted to a man.

Not only that but women tend to mess with men off "potential".

And as a woman that's an awful thing that we do.

GUY A who we can already see is doing his thing is a good catch. He's in the race just not at the finish line. (Personality etc is not included in my examples)

GUY B who probably has "ideas ( we all know that person) but has the gift of gab isn't in the race but because he's articulate are seems like he "can" be something (potential) we run with it.

Both of those guys can get a girl but the point I'm trying to make is GUY A is far more a better catch because he's progressing. Where as GUY B all he do is talk and he seems passionate and ambitious but she prob doesn't catch on till she already in love and all that other stuff.

A lot don't work or don't work full time jobs so their mindset is different from us who are gainfully employed, educated, professional, high paid production workers, blue collar, white collar or whatever. Women sometimes crave drama or excitement. Those aint shyt dudes usually provide that. Sometimes a straight laced, educated, non smoking, non drinking, non clubbing dudes come off as too good, too well put together, or BORING. They lack those primal vibes and the rough edge and hood swag that turns a lot of women on. They also may be the ones who will fight another dude with the quickness or pull out the glock and not care about the law, their future or going to jail. Us working professionals don't want that shyt on our records. I aint trying to go to prison and drop the soap and eat swole...LOL

Women, even non black women just like bad boys more. Some just like the edge or they have that demeanor that excites women. They tend to be more alpha male and aggressive or just the rush women get from being with them. Some people like something different or want to be rebellious or "find themselves." Dating a bad boy includes that.

Its hard to explain but women are more complex than men. Just having a buff body or brolic may not be enough for women. They may need the excitement too. It used to confuse the fuk out of me but I've learned that its just the way it is. You cant clearly explain everything.

I do wonder for dudes who grow up in "good families" and are perceived as too nice, too boring, too straight laced or too good...should their parents who may be older and out of touch...should their parents have tried to make them more tougher, or raise them so they could easily attract the women that they like so they don't have to settle?

Every straight man thinks a woman's looks are her currency so you see a pretty woman with a ain't shyt dude and think that' like someone making 6 figures living in the projects. Don't know her career aspirations, life goals, background, values and morals but you know you want her.

I learned a long time ago many attractive women or people who command a great deal of male attention grow to be shytty people most of the time because that fail safe of the opposite sex not fukking with you is not there. People do get their wake up calls different times in their lives. Good point about men thinking a woman's main value is her looks.
