yes, these black women are mad because they want to compete with their men.

if there were two black women present, there would not be a peep from them about the inclusion of black men.

these black women view black men through the lens of everyone else in society. they view black men as inferior and in order for them, as black women, to not be viewed as inferior, they have to outdo black men for a seat at the table. and when they see black men at the table they want to be at, it reminds them that there is still a gender hierarchy in preference of men, irrespective of color, and since they view black men as inferior, their non-seat at the table must mean they are too. and it burns their soul.

not all black women are like this. but these twitter/lsa birds are.

The end.

But ppl will be dismissive & say “it’s just the internet”

And just look at the screen names of those who feel this way:

1 named after snacks
1 who says being a double minority isn’t an advantage in the most progressive state in the union
1 named after the most notorious swirler of all-time
1 hyphenated-name broad

Same exact thing except for the white woman part. Everybody who knows me past 20 mins knows I only mess with black women exclusively so thats never been an issue.

Every traditional working space i’ve EVER been in there’s been 1-2 black women who looked out for me and either helped me get promotions or put me in a position to shine. And i always returned that loyalty. Never EVER felt like I was in competition with black women or they with me, we always understood we were in the same boat and therefore the same “tribe”.

Others experiences may differ but here in Atlanta we mostly don’t deal with that gender war bullshyt.

See how that “loyalty” shyt works in an LA or NYC

:mjlol:

bytches won’t even help you get to the next interview stage.

If you know dudes who work at tech companies , they aren’t having the time of their lives being included in everything. There is a ton of passive aggressive behavior and micro aggressions they deal with daily.

I use to think this shyt was just online but after a year of everyone being home. A lot of this thinking is making its way offline.

Imagine crying for photo ops. Its pathetic.

I see black women specific initiatives, grants and photo ops nearly everyday on my LinkedIn timeline and like them all, I don't see brehs in comments saying anything negative.

Don't people ultimately understand if the men in the community win we all go further, a matriarchy doesn't win. fukk this.
