The Egyptians are a confused, retarded bunch. These nikkas protested by the millons to get Mubarack out, democratically elect the Muslim Brotherhood, only to throw them out a year later due to ideological differences. I think the real issue is that Egyptians need to decide if they want to be another Muslim "democracy like Iran or a country run by a military strongman like Bahrain. Because I don't think a traditional democracy will work for them.

the problem is the egyptians like most muslims are a bunch of ignorant cowards. they dont have the balls or the common sense to advocate for secularism, but when push comes to shove, wont live under sharia either. but they dont have the intelligence to create a revolutionary blend of both worlds

Still bewildered that what happened in Raba'a hasn't got more coverage. It was the single largest massacre by the state in Egyptian history! Erdogan using water cannons on protesters got 24/7 breathless coverage and this only warrants some passive mentions. Just shocking. If you want to kill 1000 people with impunity just appeal to fear of beards.
