Yes, I've seen Mason-Dixon line signs in Pennsylvania. Of course, this line is hundreds of miles away from Georgia so it's "out of sight, out of mind".
When I see this line, it's like if you are above this line, you are less likely to deal with rednecks driving around with confederate flag stickers on their pick-up trucks. If you are south of this line, then there's an expectation to see this confederate flag sticker on pick-up truck phenomenon.
