That premise is loaded with error because there arent that many libertarians to begin with but among them there are indeed some women..ergo the question should be
"why are there not as many female libertarians"

I postulate the following..first libertarian-ism takes alot of abstract thought, imagination and analysis..fields women typically dont excel in..Women just cant or dont usually like to think that deeply about abstract subjects..can the average person recall any other prominent female philosopher other than Ayn rand ?

Second libertarian ism is ideologically opposed to modern feminism since modern feminism is about diverting the power of the state to serve womens objectives things like alimony, child support redistribution and state funded womens shelters and programs are not libertarian goals

third if we accept that the female mind works differently then its easy to see females tend to be more pragmatic and take far fewer risks than men ...
Millions of years of evolution have conditioned men and women's minds to work differently..this can easily be seen by how dangerous careers tend to be male dominated
The thing about unlimited freedom is that its heights are limitless, and its lows are bottomless.Libertarians must accept that risk that they can succeed spectacularly or end up a nameless skeleton at the bottom of a ditch.
Women look at that hobbesian world where the strong survive and the weak may freeze or starve to death and are horrified at the possibilities so they tend to prefer the relative safety of collectivist systems despite the trade offs.

They have no choice...they have to manipulate to get what they want

and they are masters of this ...the only thing that used to irk me is the lack of accountability

I no longer care enough about what they think/want

The few campus libertarian meetings I went to were maybe 25-30% female.

All white of course.

Are you implying that the converse is always needing the validation of men? Is that an accurate description of your mindstate?

:russ:

:francis: no...the world isnt always so simply binary...But generally when you raise your sons (and daughters) with their father and mothers attention they wont need validation from other people

:francis: youre better than that bruh...Nowhere did i say the words dumb..i said most women dont excel in Abstract thought..this is well known empirically from how few women go into STEM and Philosophy

And the second one is fact..who is the main beneficiary of child judgements and alimony...who gets a free state provided lawyer to sue for said jugements ...You read of celebrity ex wives and baby mamas getting multimillion dollar settlements all the time...Whens the last time you heard a man getting 7 figure alimony settlements

if thats not using the might of the state for ones own interests then what is?
But libertarianism is just another political philosophy...and a shytty one at that.

And let's not act like there's some huge shortage of women in political science and philosophy. Female voices are prevalent from low-grade cable news hacks up to prominent academics. You just don't see many of them being libertarians. Libertarians are a small minority anyway, but the movement is generally a sausage fest and you know it.

Also, I've noticed that a lot of those internet mens' rights activist-type fakkits are libertarians.

STEM and the philosophy he is talking about is different than being a news anchor or typical academic. Of course there there are going to be many female anchors. Just like there are plenty of female bartenders. They're in front of the people. There are a high number of female teachers from grade school to up to PHD's. However, you don't see as many females becoming the next Carl Jung. Jung had a female protege, Sabrina Spielrein, that is just now getting proper recognition after years of being forgotten.
