Either one of two explanations.
1.) He's one of those fukkin lames who's never really gotten hoes like dat so when he does eventually get one he HAS to make sure EVERBODY knows he's got one at any/every opportune time.
2.) He's really a fukkin homo who doesnt eam like females. But because of da industry he's in and because folks already think he's an a$$hole to begin wit...he HAS to make sure EVERBODY knows he's gotta girlfriend at any/every opportune time to keep dat appearance of being str8 afloat.
I'd place mah bets on da latter.
