Why are they using that TMZ video of Nipsey Hussle allegedly getting killed in the trial?

I’m sure they have all the video. You have to let the trial play out.
Most those small stores just have cameras that see like right in front of their door and that’s it

I just came across footage today from the trial, and this is a never before seen footage too.
It appears to be from a body cam from a cop
the only thing thats weird to me is how you have a couple of dudes just standing around non-chalant at the 40 second part
when Nipsey is allegedly laying down dying.

Supposedly the Marathon store refused to give up the video to the cops. Only reason I can think of is they don't want an HD graphic video of Nipsey's brutal overkill murder to be on the internet forever. It doesn't matter anyway Holder's lawyers already admitted he killed Nipsey. He's gonna get at the very least manslaughter.

Nah I doubt it that's too deep most people would assume that you HAVE to turn it over like I did. I just think Black Sam watched and it was so graphic that he didn't want it out. The grainy one from the gas station is bad enough, imagine HD from 10 feet away smh
