Why are they using that TMZ video of Nipsey Hussle allegedly getting killed in the trial?

I only asked because last year there was this wild shyt on the Coli claiming Nipsey wasn't actually killed in the parking lot, the TMZ video was fake, and also claimed the other store camera's were turned off or deleted to hide the truth. I just wanted to make sure we're not going into that crazy shyt again. I respect the trial process and need to say "alleged" until a verdict is rendered.
