If you can't name one single from E-40, Too Short or DJ Quik - your opinion on hip-hop doesn't really matter.

I hate to make blanket statements like that - but I think its warranted in this case. You don't have to think they are legends, be fans of theirs or even like them - but you should be able to name at least one single between the three of them.
