thats no disrepect but they not on that level in my mind. Too short is corny and old as fukk to me and E-40 just that nikka. I am not too schooled on quik but he a underground legend to some nikkas

why do people keep bringing up lil b?? i am a fan of lil b...but i never claimed him as a legend...this thread is about self-proclaimed legends who really aint done shyt in the game..

whens the last time you heard an e 40 song in the club or at a party somewhere outside of oakland?? :russ:

Quick & Short are legends IMO you can make a case for 40 but he is more regional than Too Short because his style is very unique so it takes more for people to get into him rather than just hearing Short Dog rap about blowjobs & sex tales over booming beats. i did hear a story recently about Short back in the day in his first show in NY (or the east at least), people didn't know what to think because the beats were so different to what was poppin back then in NY (and hip hop in general)

E-40's "Function" song got play on 106 and the radio here in NC just last year.
Too Short's tracks with Lil Jon still get the hoes twerkn in the club.
Quik has been low-key but he still has gold plaques, somethin the FagGod will never see>>>>
