Imagine telling the ancestors that you’re str8 on that meat shyt.

You’d be banished as the fukkin weirdo that doesn’t eat meat or have you around the village doing domestic chores like a bytch.

Not eating meat because you don’t like seeing animals suffer is hoe shyt. Your forefathers are looking at you right now saying I can’t believe this fakkit is one of ours.

The meat industry is fukked up bro. It’s conveniently tucked away from societys prying eyes. My mom lives near a slaughterhouse, and it’s just bad fukking juju.

Furthermore, not every culture subsisted on meat diets. In my case, the Aztecs are very little meat, it wasn’t until the arrival of bloodthirsty conquistadors that the eating of meat was largely adopted.

That said, I used to be vegan, but I have cut out red meat for the most part. I like leaner meats like chicken or turkey.

I don’t think our ancestors would care that much. Meat wasn’t a huge part of their diets to begin with. Rice, okra, tomatoes, collards, cabbage, hominy, maybe a few shrimp or crawfish here or there. Maybe some scraps of the pig to season the food, but I don’t think our people were big meat eaters that they would care.

I tell vegans this all the time: do you think that animal gives a fukk about you being in danger? You think a pig would care if you were being attacked by another animal or human?

I stopped giving a fukk about how animals felt when me and my brother acted out a home invasion and attack on my grandma to see what her dog would do and son just barked once and started licking his nuts

Can almost X out shrimp I think and crayfish for certain entirely.
Before its popularization in the late 1900s those aquatic “roaches” were a delicacy and only eaten by people willing to catch them & holding the “rights” to fish them”

Our ancestors ate real meat that was captured, slaughtered, cleaned and served up by people they knew who were well intentioned. We eat shyt grown in factories pumped with all kinds of chemicals to maximize profits by people we don't know and who could give a shyt about the health of the people they're serving this trash to. They'd prolly wonder why y'all eat that bullshyt too
