This isn't an argument that's going to go away. On the one hand, being overweight is unhealthy. That is simply a fact, On the other hand, Women are in a confident fight to affirm themselves in a world that tells them they are not good enough. You can argue about this until you're blue in the faith, and nothing will change. The only goal i have is to be healthy and in shape. Marry a Woman who's healthy and in shape. And have kids that are healthy and in shape. To the degree that Woman find it necessary to glorify unhealthy individuals and unhealthy lifestyles to satisfy their own insecurities, they will have to pay for it.

Look at the projected rates for heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. They are off the charts. And it's highly troubling that instead of the response being to get healthy, it is to protect the self-confidence of likely unhealthy people.
