The funny thing is I actually have an extensive 5 year hiring and training plan specifically gear towards young Black males built into my business. And yes I danced so I could start that business and begin that process. I have no shame in that. I'm actually very proud of that. But keep playing on the internet like you actually care about Black men when the real soldiers are out her putting in the work.
