So b/c I'm not outraged by what some nobody on the internet says I must "have some dog in the fight?" Is this a serious question? Maybe it's b/c I have better things to be upset over. Comments on the internet about some random incident that has nothing to do with me doesn't make or break my day. I've commented on a ton of threads today. I said my peace on the first page. If no one would have quoted me that would have been it. But people what to engage me. I have some time on my hands so I engage. If I was being quoted in another thread that is where I'd be. This discussion is like any other...a way to kill time until I have to go back to working.

Please find the post where I condone or defend what she said. Please do. I just don't care and I find it funny that I see the same things posted about BW here all the time yet don't hear half the outrage. I'll be waiting on that quote though.

The funny thing is I actually have an extensive 5 year hiring and training plan specifically gear towards young Black males built into my business. And yes I danced so I could start that business and begin that process. I have no shame in that. I'm actually very proud of that. Cuz many of them agree, they just aren't as vocal with it.
