wigs are better for your hair than weaves. you're not cutting your hair up pulling thread through it, you're not braiding your hair tightly underneath wefts which can lead to thinning or traction alopecia, you can take it off on a daily (weekly) basis and let your hair/scalp breathe, you can fully wash/condition/comb/access your hair more easily/frequently. only thing you gotta watch for is pulling out edges with glue - which isn't an issue for the chicks who wear them behind their hairline.
been thinking of getting a couple wigs myself, but seems like they can be super hit or miss - what you get isn't what the youtube vloggers are receiving. i also don't want to deal with plucking hairlines, dying knots, and all the extra shyt these girls do to make it realistic. now that i think about it, i need a new hair stylist who can do this stuff for me
