There's such a thing as covert narcissism.

They are very manipulative as well.

I met one. Made me do my research on them. A lot of people in abusive relationships are with narcissists. They think that they can do no wrong so they say things like "Look what you made me do!" 'Are you trying to make me angry?" and make you think you're the crazy one.

But the scary thing about Narcissists and Psychopaths is because they are so manipulative, if you don't know what to look for, you won't know until it's too late.

Manipulation is such a weak tactic, that only people it works on those who are eager to please or don't want to cause disagreements.

No one can get me to do something I don't want to do, I grew up around sociopaths and psychopaths so its nothing new to me.

There's no biological reasoning for women to like a$$holes. Women can date them because daddy government will cover the bill for her mistakes but in a world without daddy government around, yea, you want "strong genes" but it makes no sense from a biological perspective to mate with someone thats going to leave you to raise your kids alone. That's why in almost all societies, men shielded their daughters away from "those kinds of men" to save them for the men who were really gonna take their hand in marriage. Women and beta males have an easier time spotting psychopaths.

Alpha males and apex predators can not spot psychopaths cause they do not try anything on us.

I'm sure I came across psychopaths, but they caused me no problems.

good point, marriage in the west, esp. In modern times is very superficial and is much more based on individual love an romance while in older more traditional cultures it's seen as a union of two families and there's more of a communal element to it.

They become cult leaders, gang leaders, pimps, etc., because they have the ability to put people under a spell. To mesmerize them, at least temporarily.

When they speak, the words will sound poetic.

Women who have never come across one before are easy prey. Stay far away if you are smart.

Funny thing is that all this talk of swag and game and people don't connect the dots and realize that psychological and emotional manipulation comes from the mentally ill.

These are not super cool people to be praised, they are insane.

There are women attracted to sociopaths as well,not just psychopaths,which can be more damaging actually because many psychopaths cover their tracks and work in good jobs, often picking jobs where they can act on their urges and stay out of prison or the mental asylum ,sociopaths can't function as well which leads them into trouble . They are a bit like moths to a flame when they see a violent man ,who doesn't live by conventional societal norms,ie jobless, criminal convictions, few friends , who they think they can 'fix'. I think it partly comes from a mothering instinct,but also their hankering for drama.It helps if they are goodlooking. This is unfortunately why you read stories in the papers about a woman sticking by an abusive male who eventualy ends up dead because he killed her , or a woman who covers up for her child abusing husband. Or women working in prisons fukking the prisoners, or women mental health nurses fukking the patients.

Being a man,who is reasoable looking , hardworking ,etc etc doesn't mean you will get women. That is boring to many women these days, I put some of it down to the fact women go out to work and have the vote.So what drew women to relationships with men isn't the same as it used to be. Being average isn't good enough for many women.

This is why occasionally you see an attractive woman with a complete a$$hole or a loser and you think 'what on earth is she doing with him?'.I have noticed before how interested women tend to be about serial killers, especially ones who kill and rape other women.I would bet the vast majority of people who watch those serial killer films and documentaries are middle aged women bored with their married lives. Many of these killers once caught get marriage proposals and sexually explicit fan letters , all the time in prison or the mental asylum.
