Just watched the documentary "Fed Up."
It gives an excellent overview of just how far American food manufacturers go into making us fat.
Change your diet to be away from processed foods and onto healthy ones, keep it consistent, and exercise a few times a week and you'll be in good shape, with the exception of some very rare cases.

I saw a documentary like that (it may have been the same one) and completely changed my thinking about food. That is around the time that I started to eat clean/cut out processed foods.

Id say you gotta become aware of your lifestyle.

For me, dropping weight is easiest if i eat a heavy meal in the am after exercising on an empty stomach. 4 or 5 egg white, a bunch of oats with splena, vanilla extract and cinnamon. As the day progressres I drop my carbs every meal because my weakness is nighttime snacking on nutritionally empty calories after dinner becuse I stay up late.

Cutting out carbs can be amazing if you can handle it, but a lot of people can't. They cut carbs for a couple weeks, only to binge.

I like keeping carbs medium and tapering as the day goes along. So breakfast is usually Protein and carbs then by the time I get to dinner its Protein and fat.

Main thing here is to cut out all unnessesary sugars. No more drinks, grab some crystal light, if your going out get vodka and water. Replace sugar with splenda,

Calories in and calories out are the real conern but the waulity of weight loss is determined by the breakdown. Keep your protein high to keep muscle, carbs as whole grains to keep you full and energetic and fats high.

A good set up is cutting carbs after 7pm.
You're fukking up with that Splenda

Houston to LA like I'm Robert Horry.
Fat mothafukkas always trying to come up with an excuse why their gut is always hanging out. :mjlol:

Put down the soda and junkfoods, stop eating so damn much (your serving sizes don't need to be that big :usure:), and run a couple laps.

That's always the main thing.
People think that jumping onto fad diets, or worse, eating processed food labelled "reduced fat" or "low sugar," will do something. They do it for a few months, stagnate, and give it up.
People don't understand just how much sugar plays into their weight. Sugar and fiber (say from fruits) can be consumed, and will not turn into fat, while sugar by itself (like in pure, no pulp orange juice, or Kool-Aid) will be turned directly into fat.
And sugar is in everything.
Look at food labels, notice how it doesn't show what percentage of your daily recommended dose of sugar that food takes up, it just shows a measurement.
That's so people will happily consume 500-600% of the daily recommended amount of sugar without knowing it.
Its tough if you're poor, but buying the ingredients and cooking meals by yourself (and having snacks like nuts, fruit, and berries) will change your weight for the better.

Also, the Paleo diet is bullshyt.

Yeah, I don't follow any particular diet like paleo. I just went back to eating like people (my family) from the south always (meat, vegetables, fruit).

How do i know which body type I have ectos / mesos/endomorphs ?

YouTube or Google is your friend, but I'll give a quick overview...

Ectomorphs have slender builds and long limbs. They are generally tall people and their metabolism is very active, therefore, they hardly gain weight. The main drawbacks are that these builds have trouble gaining muscle... and for the extreme cases, they have bone and joint issues.

Mesomorphs have a more proportional build. Their metabolism may not be as fast as the ectomorph, but their metabolism works well in conjunction with the rest of the body. It's the most desired type because it allows you to put muscle on the frame and burn fat at a decent rate.

Endomorphs have larger, wider builds due to their bone density and the way their body distributes fat. The benefits are that you can easily put on weight and/or muscle and the body produces more energy, therefore, more stamina than the other body types. The drawbacks aren't worth the benefits, therefore, making this type the least desired. 1)Endos have to consume more food in order to gain that energy. 2)It is very difficult for Endos to lose weight. 3)You have to stay fit or you'll look terrible.

You can be a combination of the three as well. You can be a ecto-mesomorph, meso-endomorph, etc.

What's a healthy food?

Can't stand fat people.

Like 1 in 3 people I see in the city are fat/obese like it's okay.

:what: Why you care so much though?
