Not trying to make excuses, however, body type plays a big role in weight gain, distribution and overall appearance. For endomorphs, this is and will be a problem that doesn't have many solutions. Our metabolism is the slowest of the three body types, so we gain mass easily, no matter what we eat.. Even if an endomorph does lose the weight, they would have to maintain the all the heavy, hardcore dieting and work outs to be healthy and look presentable. Most of the time, endos, look worse after massive weight loss.

Being and endo is a gift and curse (at least for males, it may be a all-out curse for women). Males can build muscle easily and the amount of food that we generally consume provides more energy that the other types.

WRong fam. Carbs are easily consumed. Thats what get ppl. Grains, sugar, and starch. Carbs go down very easily.

You know going out and grtting drunk on the weekend, yiu're easiky adding at least 600 cals to ur diet that day. And if ur going hard. Could be 1200 cals.

Thats why I tell nikkas ditch the cereal in the morn. Oats are alot harddr to consume.

Id say you gotta become aware of your lifestyle.

For me, dropping weight is easiest if i eat a heavy meal in the am after exercising on an empty stomach. 4 or 5 egg white, a bunch of oats with splena, vanilla extract and cinnamon. As the day progressres I drop my carbs every meal because my weakness is nighttime snacking on nutritionally empty calories after dinner becuse I stay up late.

Cutting out carbs can be amazing if you can handle it, but a lot of people can't. They cut carbs for a couple weeks, only to binge.

I like keeping carbs medium and tapering as the day goes along. So breakfast is usually Protein and carbs then by the time I get to dinner its Protein and fat.

Main thing here is to cut out all unnessesary sugars. No more drinks, grab some crystal light, if your going out get vodka and water. Replace sugar with splenda,

Calories in and calories out are the real conern but the waulity of weight loss is determined by the breakdown. Keep your protein high to keep muscle, carbs as whole grains to keep you full and energetic and fats high.

A good set up is cutting carbs after 7pm.

lol im a girl a meso-endomorph

on the good side i got the most feminine shape

on the bad side i am sluggish and gain weight fast

when i exercise though regularly i become a power house

Thank God and your mama that you're not Apple-shaped..

To be accurate, I'm also a meso-endomorph as well. My weight is evenly distributed. People are shocked when they find out I'm heavier than my appearance indicates. People are usually 75-100lbs off when they guesstimate my weight.

It still sucks having to have to work out almost daily.... and forever because you'll blow up if you don't.

Must be nice to only have to work out 30 minutes/day(mesos) or not at all(ectos) and still be healthy and not get fat.

Working out is my drug i kinda get a high after...idk it just feels like I'm floating after...cant imagine not doing it 5 or so days a week...

but for a lot people you never know what they are going through so it would be smart to reserve judgement, and not just assume they're just a bunch of lazy b*stards...depression plays a major role in weight gain especially when it happens rapidly.
