But.. he looks like a woman. Are we sure that's not a woman? Which would make "Shall I call you mister" even funnier
EDIT: the guest explains everything well though, it's actually an insightful interview. The interviewer starts of rough af though but asks the right questions and he (the interviewee) answers them well. So now I get that he is transgender (born as a woman, always identified as a boy/man) and then now currently in transition to become a man physically but already expressing himself, dressing etc. as a man.
