Why aren't Middle Class/Upper Middle Class blacks taking advantage of "gentrification"? Or Are they?

We're just financially distracted. Folks focusin' on formal education, jobs, expensive toys, etc. When we learn how money works, how to make it & pass that info on to family & friends, things will change.

Mannnn hold up.

It's well documented that A LOT of this thread ain't even got degrees like that.

And even fewer of the people in this thread have advanced degrees OR decent jobs to even contribute to this convo.

So with all this pontificating just makes me laugh.

A lot of these usernames have snitched on themselves in the past.

It comes down to money. So I don't wanna hear ANYTHING about what other people are doing until you all have something to contribute.

All you penny hustlers will never make it without bringing something to the table for us to digest. Why fake it like your view on black community economics matters?

If we wanna talk about steps to success, sure. But don't sit here trying to one-up the next man when we already know most of yall ain't even doing it like that.

Money is all that matters. And most of this thread has NONE

Partly talking shyt.

But I do find it funny that I KNOW FOR A FACT a lot of the dudes in this thread have NO LEGITIMACY in any of this topic. Hell, look at their post history.

Some of these dudes got curfews :mjlol:
And these are the dudes u pander for daps from, try to build with and hide your racial identity from to retain intellectual legitimacy :mido:

So true.

Vibrant diverse communities end up all looking the same. With the exact same stuff.

Yoga studios/Pilates studios
Expensive restaurants
Starbucks
Independent coffee shops
Pet centers
niche bars
whole foods
trader joes
art galleries

More proof that hipsters honestly don't have as far of a reach creatively as they would like to claim.

Bruh you wouldnt imagine what a lot of my homies say about their areas of residence. The shops, the restaurants, etc... Imma white boy thats not xenophobic so I tend to loathe these fukkwads with beards and fixies. I wanna get up into a spot I've never been before and experience food prepared by others for generations that doesnt have a 35 dollar confit (fancy french jelly) placed up on top of an artisan bagel. What these fukks dont realize is that they are being played out hard in regards to their wallets and life experiences. Gimme that street meat from Thailand, gimme that fried cockroach...im down.

This mentality truthfully only applies to people from America though. Others from Europe, Aussy, Asia are down with travel and experiencing new things. I lived in Toulouse and Montreal for a while and you would be surprised at the amount of heads I've spoken to that are like ":dwillhuh: you telling me in 15 years I just needa visit one American city to get a general feel for American urban lifestyle"...
