NYC, Philly, Boston etc, nikkas can dress fancy with layers because the weather is usually mild or cold for big chunks of the year. Florida, Texas and Louisiana brehs would sweat through that shyt in 5 minutes for about half the year.

The best looking gear tends to be heavier fall/winter style. Summer shyt looks OK but it doesn't hit the same.
