We need more al haymons and less don king's in black america. A lot of our people always want to copy these cac useless b*stards and their devilish ways and it always backfires.

Many cacs hate al haymon with a passion and we know why. The black community can learn a lot from his blueprint to ensure effective business transactions. We are tired of the over saturated loud mouth don kings in the community.
I agree, He's like a boogie man to them.

The Land That Time Forgot
The demonization of black boys and men is taking on an unprecedented form
because because black girls and women are now also being utilized as perpetrators
of the attack.

Imagine 50 years back, Coretta Scott King conducting a press conference, condemning MLK over his
behavior outside of their marriage, the night before his "I've Been To The Mountaintop" Memphis speech.

We'd better wake up.

nikkas being facetious and resorting to knee-jerk "Dr Boyce Lite" business bootstrap rhetoric.
:mjpls:
To spot this in the future I'll list some old faithfuls:
"If you get your money together it don't matter"
:usure:
Wrong: Wealthy brehs are being targeted more than cacs, average brehs have even less leverage. Observation is ALWAYS WISE.
"It's only online"
:usure:
Wrong: These ideologies were formulated in academia and put online for the vulnerable woman and weak male to consume and regurgitate. This energy has seeped into conversations and alleged "black male sexual degeneracy" has been a hot social media AND social topic. Why would the convo confine itself to fb? Do you know how birds chat?
"Its only some celebrities"
:usure:
Wrong: 64% of Innocence project exonerees are black men falsely accused of rape. Celebrities are followed by the masses and influence a great deal of public thinking. When people see black male celebrities, they think of "all black men". People spend money to see and meet them. People emulate them. Ideas get tested on them and they're encouraged to influence their audiences by their benefactors. Why would so much be invested into entertainment from the top if ulterior motives weren't in play?
:mjpls:
"It's old, they been doing that"
:jbhmm:
True, but WRONG:
Wouldn't you like to learn the new tactics and hip the new generation as a whole to #thepattern? Don't you want to reverse some of this shyt? Adapt or die...unless you're benefiting from it all :mjpls:
"Iz gots mines" "My nose clean" "I'M GOOD"
Wrong: It can always be taken away.

"My social circle isn't like this/"I don't hang with women"/"I'm on my purpose"
True, but WRONG:
:usure:
You can be accused of anything and the burden of proof will be on you due to history AND the current climate, especially if you're an individualist with a "small circle". It would be wise to heighten your awareness and be EVEN MORE on point. Nothing wrong with that.
:hubie:
:patrice:
Why is this new energy so bothersome to y'all? Is it getting in the way??

You low-key shytting on black men by associating them with scum like r Kelly and cosby.
Stop wedging two predators into a collective conversation, it's easy to spot.
For starters, stop hiding under the general Black/AA label, and:
Keep that same energy with your own people, YOU ARE SOMALI
Highlighting violence against women in Somalia | Pambazuka News

This is about collective image control.
Black women still use Alice Walker's "womanism", you don't see her being canceled. Stop calling the abuse of black boys "whataboutism" when it's brought up to expand an obviously one-sided dialogue. The stats are BI DIRECTIONAL. That's not a deflection, that's a fact and it shows we need to peel back the layers and lift up community rugs. We keep talmbat "protecting rapist men" in families...WE ALL KNOW it's really the other way. Female rapists are reported less, punished less harshly, and rarely get labeled as predators...ESPECIALLY among black folks. Y'all deflect to maintain a profitable narrative. That day is DONE. No more of it, nikka.
Keep
That
Same
Energy
Or you are inconsistent, fake, biased, and riding the wave.

Stop with the whataboutism dude, and it's not my fault that straight black men "activists" are using cosby and r kelly as martyrs for their persecution complex.

"persecution complex"
"whataboutism"
"dude"
:mjpls:
Two predators aside, why do you keep resorting to the same buzzword-laden scripts when somebody points at the elephant in the room?
fukk them, we moving on past the scapegoats, Mr. Spiel: Keep that same energy or it's all fake.

As long as there are black men who are willing to portray this stereotype, the lights will shined brightest on them. It's unfortunate, but its always been that way.

I just saw a commercial for a new show where a bunch of couples go on an island. There only appears to be two couples that contain black men out of maybe 8 couples. But, of course, it's implied one of the black men is the only out all the men to take the bait and cheat and being overly sexual with the [white] women.

Look at 90 day Fiance, the only black man on the show is the 20 year old Jamaican guy who pretty much only talks about sex. He also is believed to have cheated as well.

The fact that people are now drawn to watching/reading drama/negativity only makes this even easier to portray.

This is a good point, our sisters need to go back to suffering in silence if it means protecting Black men.

We're talking about the systemic demonization and stigmtiazation and you bring up staged reality tv shows created by whited as "portraying this stereotype?"

Wow. Black men really do need to priortize their own issues.

I only read the first page, maybe the topic has changed. Either way if you want to downplay the role the media has in the perception of black men and how black men are treated in this country then so be.

So use your energy to BECOME the next Al Haymon instead of having insignificant online text battles that change nothing.

nikkas always talking about "we need more malcolm's, farmers, physicians, bosses and warriors". How about y'all get your lazy asses up and go BECOME what is lacking in the community:mjlol:
