The Black church is primarily for Black people who want to wallow in escapism. People who don't want to take accountability and ownership over their lives.
A lot of Black women are in there for that very reason. A lot of single mothers, reformed whores and otherwise weak-minded people. We know this. Black women rarely take accountability for their actions and choices. So, they leave it in the hands of Jesus. It's pathetic. Men, in general, take accountability for our fukkups.
The pimp in the pulpit is one of the main reasons these chicks never learn to take accountability and own up to their fukkups.
We need a new paradigm in the community.

I wonder how the average Black church fanatic would feel if their preacher brought a bunch of homeless people in off the streets to worship with them on a random Sunday morning?
Would they embrace them? Or would they be sitting there in their Sunday best, hoping the homeless person's scent doesn't rub off on their clothes? Would they hug their brehs and brehettes who are down on their luck?
I wonder how they'd react to giving the homeless man or woman to the left or right of them 10% as opposed to putting it in the collection plate?
I wonder how they'd react to the preacher telling them to give the clothes and shoes they are wearing to the homeless man or woman to the left or right of them?
I wonder how they'd react to the preachers telling them to buy or make the homeless person a meal?

people don't like to help homeless too often....they say they have shelters and are lazy people.

I'm going to hurt a lot of feelings, but I feel the way we blacks use religion is pathetic. Hell I'll also include those dumb redneck protestant southern. We use it for spiritual purpose, loving and caring. When it was never really for that. Religion to me is for power, finance and influence. The Jews and Catholics know what the deal is, which is why the have so much power. They don't take the bible "literally" like we pathetically do.
IMO I think I was born a Roman Catholic but raised a baptist Christian.
Trivia: Do you know the main Catholic Church and some Jews believe in Evolution and the Big Bang theory. Actually they were the FIRST to believe in those scientists. Which is why I said they don't take the bible "literally". The thing I like about the catholic church is that they believe in a physical body(evolution), but also a spiritual body(God).
If blacks want to continue believing in religion then we should become more like the Roman Catholics and Jews.
In KidStrangleholds church we ONLY read the first testament, focus on money/power/influence and believe in the idea of the body of psychical and spiritual. Anything else is irrelevant.

Church is wack as fukk, as is monotheistic religion...the bible is fairy tales, i can read my own stories. Fourthermore, church is boring as shyt, I'm not spending 4 hours in service...baptist church...with you yelling at me and collecting 4 offerings. Even before I realized I didn't believe in god or the Christian religion, I hated church. It's a chore, why would I waste one of the only two days a week I have off to fukking sit in church...in summary, I hate church
