Why can't Eminem just get back to his normal shyt?

Yeah he's always good for a few joints, but he's a far cry from the cat who made "MMLP". I think it's not so much just the yelling, but his delivery and flow often sounds stilted and force, like on "My Life". Like duke above said, when he spits the same tracks live they sound much better so I don't know why he can't capture that on record.

"Going Through Changes" and "Deja Vu" are two of my favourite Em track. I actually fukked with Relapse as well, it was a concept album and I understood it, plus Dre's production was flames.

Relapse would've been amazing if he just dropped the accent. I wish he didn't get so emotionally hurt over fans who said his accents were lame that he overcompensated by shouting all the time. Small steps Em, cmon...

Relapse was the damn bizness. I fukks with that whole shyt. The accents didnt bother me at all, actually. Like dude said, I looked at it as a concept album. How would a serial killer sound like if he made an album? Relapse was fukkin ridiculous.. which is exactly why I liked it so much.

To be honest, I rather have the accents than this Skyler Grey empower the world shyt he's on now. I think Royce needs to stay on that ass, no homo. Whenever Royce is around, Em doesnt do that silly shyt. Like that Tim Westwood freestyle. That was the shyt.

i think with his depression and life he lacks confidence which shows in his voice

as opposed to MMLP where his voice was the best, he has massive confidence you can hear

the screaming and doubles triples hide the lack of confidence

just like when you rap, doubled vox will hide slight mistakes and weak mic presence, but sacrifice vocal clarity
