Since adding the new server we have to rebuild the search/post index. We should have it done in the next couple days.

Once the NBA Finals are completed, will members be able to search through their history for every post made during their time here, or will it only be limited to recent results as it has been the past few weeks?

No, when we added the 3rd server we didn't finish rebuilding the search index. Its 20 million posts so it takes a long ass time. We'll shut the board down & finish it when the playoffs are done.

I might have a Solaris T5220 or a Kontron GC2200 and a Harpertown server laying around in the warehouse.
