Because people would've said he did. There's been a gang of interviews with all the members and when nikkas bring up ghostwriting for Eazy and Dre not one person has ever said "Nah they wrote too". Eazy wasn't a rapper. Now post NWA, he had writers too but did he maybe pen some verses himself after the group split? Could be.

cube and ren wrote most everything but they all wrote, even eazy.
thats how you can tell who didnt have the albums or dont know what theyre talking about,
because the credits were right on the liners written under each song

i think Eazy started to write later on but not in the NWA days. i know for sure he wrote his For Tha Luv Of $ verse because Layzie has told the story of Bone being amazed that he didn't write and they said "you're writing this one!"

nobody seems to have said ren wrote more than cube neither but the evidence is there, in the credits and you can hear it. dre wrote one of the singles from eazy duz it, nobody thought that was important to say neither. if everybodys credited why lie about one or 2 songs

Ren writing more than Cube should be obvious since Cube was only around for 2 albums, Ren was around for all 5 (counting the two Eazy solo projects).
