I think the animation was better. There was some cheese but back then, the villains were cliche, and heroes were heroes, but for the most part, they aged fine.

G.I. Joe, most of the old Ninja Turtles episodes, Muppet Babies, that Disney ish is classic, Heathcliff, Bionic Six, Transformers, Dungeons & Dragons...

fukk outta here

tmnt cartoon is a classic kids cartoon
so is transformers

what do you consider classic 90s kids cartoons ?

Most people count X-men, Spider man the animated series and other comic book focused cartoons as "90s" cartoons

spiderman was piff, but was it really any different from TMNT ?

never fukked with xmen. the batman shows were ok, but nothing amazing.

spiderman and batman were definitely oriented for a more teen audience. TMNT and GI Joe were for kids.

thats the theme with the 90s- most classic cartoons either were for teens or adults. not that many amzing kids-oriented cartoons. besides rugrats, of course.

I see a lot of '80s babies in this thread mad we got better cartoons than them. :lolbron:

But seriously, the '90s had more than its share of garbage as well, especially since when one show got popular, a bunch of other blatant ripoffs came out.
