Sample issues was the main problem. Im thinking the bulk of 4evandaday and maybe even R4 was supposed to be on the album. Overall it just felt souless and formulatic, he tried to recreate shyt he already perfected on his mixtapes and just fell short.

You are very correct.

as has been mentioned sample clearances, and there are better versions of pretty much every song on here on his mixtapes. I don't even know the titles offhand(that's how disappointed I was), but for every hype/introspective/bragging/song for whip track on there, there is a better version of that type of track on his mixtape, so at that point it's like why even bother listening to this shyt when I could listen to his previous releases instead.

Originally I was let down but been listening to it more and been liking it a lot more. I think it's a let down to a lot of people cause he set the bar so high with his mixtapes.

cuz the nikka is kind of corny. like someone above said, he's preachy and forced. i never understood why people fukked with him as a rapper. as a producer, he's cool.

I thought it was dope, KRIT is not a high energy rapper, but I like his smoothed out flow. I will admit to needing to be in a certain mood to really get down with it though.
