Start with these and you'll be good.
If you like those storylines and want to read more, common fan-favorite X-men stories include...
The Phoenix Saga (1977)
Proteus (1979)
The Dark Phoenix Saga (1980)
Days of Future Past (1981)
God Loves Man Kills (1982)
Wolverine (1982)
From the Ashes (1983)
Mutant Massacre (1986)
Mutant Genesis (1991)
Fatal Attractions (1993)
Age of Apocalypse (1996)
Grant Morrison's New X-men (2001 - 2003)
Astonishing X-men by Joss Whedon (2004-2006)

You can find trade paperbacks for most of these stories on Amazon, or at a local comic shop. Check your local library too, they might have some piff (that's how I'm reading Neil Gaiman's Sandman).
But yeah, start with Dark Phoenix and Days of Future Past to see if you like it before you get way into the rest of these stories.

Dope post :wow:

The cartoon made Cyclops mad lame but the comics are a different story. Dude gets alot of W’s and bossed up something fierce like 5 years ago

The nerfing the cartoon gave Cyclops from the comics was as stark as the buff the cartoons gave wolverine. They made him invincible after that in the comics and movies due to his popularity. Not because that is what he was supposed to be. It's why I don't respect Wolverine's character or the writers anymore. He was perfectly fine the way he was.

:mjlol: scott is a typical simp crying about some dead woman. Hes so desperate for Jean he got her evil clone preggo. I think he even made out with her on Jeans grave
What kind of flawed ass logic are you using?:dahell:
Wolverine crying for decades over a bytch who's hand he ain't even hold isn't the simp but a man crying over his dead wife and mother of his child IS the simp?:heh:

And post the whole fight. :mjpls:
